A postal code is enough — it works for both HDB and private, and the tool works out which.
Browse by town. The list shows blocks that sold in the returned window, not every block that exists — data.gov.sg publishes no list of the latter, so a block missing here has no recent sales, not no value.
How this estimate works
The estimate comes from sales of comparable properties, each adjusted for how it differs from yours.
Some things it does not know: it does not cover landed property, and without a floor area it assumes a typical unit. Remaining lease is derived, not asked for, and does not adjust the estimate.
Prices are brought to today using the official price index, and the stated range is back-tested against real sales.
