What this tool sees and stores
What this page collects. This page counts that a page was viewed and which development or district it was, using GoatCounter. It never receives a postal code, block, street, floor area or storey — an address lookup is reported as a count and the postal district it falls in, one of the 28 districts covering all of Singapore, each containing many thousands of homes. The address you typed is not sent, and the estimate itself is never sent. A lookup that fails is counted the same way, with the reason taken from a fixed list of this page's own error types (for example, "no development matched"), so failures can be found and fixed — never the text you typed. Nothing is stored on your device: no cookies, no local storage, no cache entry. There is nothing to consent to and nothing to delete, which is why this page no longer asks. What GoatCounter does receive with each count: your IP address and which browser and system you use, from which it derives an approximate country and a browser name and then discards both — it stores neither your IP address nor your full browser identifier. It also receives your screen width, which tells a phone apart from a desktop. Returning within 8 hours is recognised as the same visit, from a temporary in-memory fingerprint that is replaced by a random value afterwards, so you cannot be followed from one day to the next. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, or the older Do Not Track, this page counts nothing at all.
